Adults Yoga—Create peace, balance, harmony within in your life! This is a slow-paced class for learning and practicing mindfulness, breathing, and finding alignment and balance within poses (asanas). This class is designed for beginners, but all levels of experience are welcome.
For anyone 15+ years old.
Wednesdays at 8:00 am, Thursdays at 6:00 pm, or every other Saturday at 1:00 pm. Each session is 1 hour long.
$20.00 per person, per class; $180 per person for a 10-class pass.
