DBT Group Therapy

An 8 session DBT group designed to assist in reducing symptoms of dissociation, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal trauma. We also work to improve your interpersonal skills, mind-body connection, emotional regulation, and sense of confidence in yourself. Most importantly, you will find ways to love yourself and more completely move towards who you want to be.
