Yoga helps us learn to manage difficult mental and emotional states and find true healing. Through practicing self-love, mindfulness, breathing, meditation, postures, and flow we work toward creating balance and wellness. This course will change its focus weekly, but anyone who struggles with any mental health challenges is welcome.
Adults only.
Thursdays 7:00 pm. Each session is 1 hour long.
$20.00 per person, per class; $180 per person for a 10-class pass.
